Willys-Overland is most famous for creating the Jeep, the vehicle that helped win World War II and defined the 4x4 category. The Willys MB, with its rugged simplicity and off-road capability, became a global legend. Post-war, Willys transitioned to civilian Jeeps (CJ series) and station wagons, eventually becoming the foundation for the modern Jeep brand owned by Stellantis today.
